Positive Lithuania Foundation was established with the aim of creating socio-political interaction, developing economic potential, promoting national interests and strengthening the image of Lithuania.

The Foundation administers and promotes Lithuanian business projects and attracting investments to Lithuania, promotes the development of social entrepreneurship and charitable projects, and also supports compatriots abroad and the development of Lithuanian civil society.

The foundation was created on the initiative of Lithuanian and British public and cultural figures.
The creation of the Foundation was supported by prominent public, political and government figures, leaders of authoritative public organizations, civil and creative unions, representatives of the leadership of religious denominations, famous political scientists and lawyers, representatives of influential public and business associations, electronic and print media, outstanding figures in science, culture and sports.

According to the approved structure of the fund, the general management of the company's activities is carried out by the board, which entrusts the decision of issues of the company's current activities to the executive director.
